COVID-19 Safety

Your Health and safety are paramount.  Following the Government guidelines, we have implemented new practices and procedures to ensure you are safe whilst working out with us. 

We have installed a hand-sanitiser dispenser in the gym and PPE is worn during massage treatments. Any facilities that are used are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between clients.

A full breakdown of procedures in place can be provided upon request and prior to any face to face appointment.
