Who is personal training for? The beginner, the busy parent, the older adult worried about strong bones and muscles, the full time employed, the regular gym-goer frustrated with not achieving the results they would like, the sports specific goal seeker, prenatal, postnatal, lacking motivation all are welcome! 

In the privacy of a professional well-equipped gym, outdoors in my garden, your garden or in a public space, we will work together to produce a productive, rewarding environment in which you can train. 

At Body Vision we believe a healthy mindset is just as important as a healthy body.  

Focusing on your individual goals with careful, bespoke achievable programmes, I will work with you to guide and ensure that you meet and achieve your fitness objectives. 

After establishing a fitness baseline together, all programmes are tailored to you, to your own ability, pace, strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes and most importantly your goals. You may prefer to train one-to-one or alternatively with a friend or partner in paired sessions.*

We also offer specialised workout programmes that are designed to assist in rehabilitation from injury or surgery or you are returning to fitness from childbirth.  

Regular reviews to reassess progress and adapt training, will ensure you do not plateau but continue to achieve the goals we have set. 

Getting fit is not only about exercise. It is about lifestyle.  

*currently pairs training either needs to be from the same household or support bubble in line with government guidelines. Similarly outdoor training is currently limited to one-to-one.

Step 1 Consultation

Once you have made contact we can meet in person, via zoom, over email or the phone to discuss your needs and how we can meet them. Meeting in real life is a great way of seeing the facilities available to you and getting a feel for us building a working partnership together.

Step 2 Establishing your fitness baseline

Upon completing a more detailed screening questionnaire, we will meet, undertake some straightforward health checks and readings, assess your baseline cardio fitness and measure strength and ability. Following this, bespoke workouts are then written and training can commence.

Step 3 The real deal

Training session. Sessions can be booked, weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit you, in person, over zoom or with pre recorded sessions for you to follow.
