Hello, I’m Sarah
For the last 17 years I have loved my job, in fitness well-being and massage therapy. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, working with them and building strong working relationships, encouraging, supporting, empathising and hopefully showing them how fun feeling great through exercise can be!
My hobbies are endless and I love the cinema, I belong to a book club and am an avid reader. I enjoy cooking from scratch and am a sourdough convert. I adore the mountains be that snowboarding or walking and the ocean be that paddle boarding or walking the coastal paths with friends, family and my dog Otto.
As a family we have taken on two coast-to-coasts, the three peaks 24-hour challenge, marathons, mud runs, ½ marathons and 10km races. Many wonderful friends, family and clients have kindly and generously supported us physically and emotionally and to date we have raised close to £65,000.
Inspiring confidence and enthusiasm in others, who then take on their own challenges within sport, or guiding someone through exercise to see how much potential they have, is a joy. I am so lucky to have met and worked alongside so many wonderful inspiring people doing something I love.
